Firm Background :
Routh Crabtree Olsen, PS was established in the late 1970s, when Stephen Routh formed a professional legal services corporation primarily to represent business clients. As the firm evolved through the mid-1980s, the practice increasingly emphasized representation of financial institutions, especially in the context of real estate and real estate finance.

The firm experienced considerable growth in the 1980s and early 1990s and expanded the areas of its practice to meet the needs of existing clients and to move into areas naturally related to the firm's financial institution and real estate practice. These areas included title insurance law, credit union law and special credits services. The firm's mortgage banking group focused with increasing expertise in foreclosures and investor relations.

A new era dawned for the firm in September 1995 with the opening of its Bellevue, Washington office to serve the needs of its lender clients in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. With continuing success, the firm has grown substantially and now serves to emphasize the representation of financial institutions, credit unions, investors with West Coast portfolios, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses with all matters related to licensing, servicing, mortgage banking, bankruptcy, special credits, title insurance, real estate finance and the enforcement of mortgage loans. Attorneys in the firm are licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California and Nevada with admission soon pending in Utah.

Today, Routh Crabtree Olsen, PS maintains offices in Bellevue, Washington; Portland, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; and Santa Ana, California.

The firm's highly experienced attorneys and mortgage default staff remain at all times vigilant to protect and preserve the interests of its mortgage servicing and investor clients.
